“I was initially apprehensive trying classes for the first time, but Caoilfhionn made it very easy for me to settle into the practice of Yoga. By the second class at Sruth Yoga I felt comfortable trying each new pose and flow with her straightforward guidance. The classes manage to be relaxing, while testing our endurance at the same time. I think this is because we practice a variety of different yoga techniques in each class - balance, postures, breathing, meditation etc. I've noticed my strength and stamina has built up so much since my first week! I always look forward to the classes now and I hope to continue yoga for the years ahead - something I never would have thought I'd do! Caoilfhionn is such an understanding instructor and always so approachable. I'm getting great enjoyment out of this new pastime and I'm learning a lot! I think everyone should give Caoilfhionn's classes at Sruth Yoga a go! ' - Jamie
